CANstruction has returned for its 11th year, and for the past 9 years, I have been involved one way or another. This year is no different – strike that - it's completely different; thank you Covid-19. There will not be a build day at the museum with structures to visit, and no bins to vote for your favorite. The Food Pantries for the Capital District relies heavily on this event to help those in need. The amount of food usually donated during this event is more than you would think and without it, our neighbors and friends could be hurting.
With every dollar donated, the Food Pantries can get up to 6 pounds of food. 6 POUNDS OF FOOD!!!
Thank you for helping me help our neighbors and friends in the Capital District.
It takes One CAN at a time to end hunger.
