Help Mosaic Fight Hunger! Support our award-winning team as we participate in Capital Region CANstruction once again in 2026! Last year, our Inside Out build received "Best Signage."
CANstruction is a friendly design competition that fights hunger in cities all over America. Teams design and build structures made completely of canned food goods. Ultimately, the cans are donated to the Food Pantries for the Capital District. The CANstructures will be built and displayed at Crossgates Mall.
The theme for 2026 is "The Great AmeriCAN Roadtrip!"
